Edit: got the replacement in 2 days, it's working. Awesome product. The item that I received is a faulty product. After inserting the batteries, the product turned on itself. Further none of the bottons work exept volume buttons. Increase volume and decrease volume buttons only work. All other buttons give no response. I have checked in all pages. After a few minutes the device turns off itself. Then I checked the 1 star reviews, found similar issues.. even after replacing the product. So this issue seems like a matter to be addressed to NCH(National Consumer Helpline). Anyway I have placed a replacement order since there is no return option. If the replacement is also not working, will raise a complaint to NCH portal. So waiting for my replacement.

I received a damaged and non-working product, and the product quality appears highly questionable. In my opinion, the product I received does not match the quality or expectations presented at the time of purchase. What is even more frustrating is the return/exchange policy. At the time of purchase, an exchange/return facility was shown as available, but when I actually received the defective product and tried to return or exchange it, I found that the facility was not practically available. I contacted Amazon Customer Service, expecting a proper resolution. Instead, I was told that I could simply print the return label myself and send the item back. This is completely unacceptable after receiving a damaged and non-working product. I am extremely disappointed not only with the seller but also with Amazon for allowing such a product to be sold through its platform and for failing to provide a satisfactory resolution. My clear recommendation to other buyers: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Save your money and avoid the unnecessary hassle of receiving a defective/damaged item and then struggling to get a proper return or exchange. ⚠️ Very poor product + damaged item + non-working product + disappointing return/exchange experience. Buyers should be extremely careful before purchasing this product.

This is an excellent book for teaching young children; they can learn by listening as well as reading. The sound system is very good, though you do need to insert batteries for the sound to work. Concepts are explained very clearly. Along with the names of animals, the sounds they make are also included. You should definitely try this to help make your children smart and intelligent.

I am writing to express my serious disappointment and frustration regarding a defective toy that I purchased from Amazon for my child. The product was delivered in a non-working condition. It has now been 5 days since the purchase/delivery, and despite raising a return request, I have received no proper response or resolution from your customer service team. This is completely unacceptable. I purchased this product from Amazon expecting a functional and quality product, but receiving a defective item and then getting no response for several days is extremely frustrating. The level of customer service I have experienced in this matter is highly disappointing and of extremely poor standard. I strongly request you to take immediate action and: Arrange the return/pickup of the defective product immediately. Process my full refund without any further delay. Provide a clear confirmation regarding the return and refund status. Ensure that such irresponsible handling of customer complaints does not happen again. I do not expect to spend several days repeatedly following up for a simple return and refund of a defective product. I have already waited long enough, and I want my money refunded immediately. Please treat this complaint as urgent and resolve it without any further delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory response promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels. I expect Amazon to take responsibility for this issue and provide an immediate resolution.
