This thing is as clogged as a printhead can be. Ive never run across one that left my paper completely white after a nozzle check. I KNEW this going in to the purchase. I knew it would not be shipped OEM, in the printhead solutuion. Don't buy this thinking you will be the exception. You will just be another statistic.The Epson 7610 is a wide format beast, and it needed to be fixed. Long gone are the days we could walk in Staples or Best Buy, and grab one off the shelf for the mere price of $299.I have it soaking in cleaning solution, and will update the review as the story unfolds

Had no issues with the installation. It took a couple of passes of head cleaning to get it to start printing. It prints great, both 8-1/2 x 11 and 11 x 17 sheets.

This item is clearly a refurbished product and is not new like stated in the description. It came with a dent on it. Also after putting it in the fuse on the mainboard was blown twice. The fuses was replaced after the first blow to see if it was something other than head, the new fuses blew as well.So, basically now we need to buy a new mainboard as well.

I now have vibrant black printing, but alas, now all the colors have gone away. New genuine Epson cartridges, reset all the usual maintenance, blah blah blah, guess I may want to get the genuine article in a week or two.....

It doesn't work. When it arrived it was dirty and clogged.

I purchased this replacement print head after having my blue was having issues. Only had a few blue segments missing on the test print but it was enough to leave a line in my prints. I ordered this new head after exhausting all hope on the original. The replacement was 100 times worse. All 4 colors are clogged up. I Cleaned, Soaked, flushed this head more then my original and it did nothing. This picture is after all the cleaning and bleeding. Wasted about $20 in ink just test printing and flushing. Don't waste your time. Buy true Epson print head.

First one they send all colors were clogged and 2nd one black is still clogged. I’m about over it

As soon as I opened the box I realized something was wrong. The packaging tape was already broken. The product is an old, used printhead. Received it yesterday, will be returning it today!!!!

It didn't work and by the time I got around to returning it it was to late. What a waste.

Producto usado, sucio, y sin funcionar...para mí una estafa de producto, no sé cómo Amazon deja que lo vendan en su tienda la verdad..

Horrible ! Le produit arrive avec les buses complètement bouchées ! Malgré plusieurs tentatives de « nettoyage tête d’impression », rien à faire ! Au moins, vous ne gaspillez pas d’encre, il n’y a pas une goutte qui sort ! Acheter un produit original Epson plutôt qu’une copie ! Plus cher, mais au moins ça fonctionne !

Seriously, I wouldn’t bother. I gave up and threw the printer away.
