Good for heavy lifting!!
My husband does heavy lifting at his work .I bought for him and he loved it . Quality is amazing.It holds your back tight and on place while you do heavy lifting so pressure doesn’t affect your back .

Good starter belt
Good fit for me 6’0 225lb, had to take a drill and add a few extra holes so my wife could use it too. Good for bracing against and helped me push some PR lifts as I never used a belt before

Good for bigger belly individual
Fits like a glove especially for big belly person like myself would highly recommend for heavy set or bigger individuals getting back into gym. High quality very firm and same price if not cheaper than Walmart

Feels cheap
The belt felt cheap. I liked the idea of the padded inside but it felt like cheap material that would take forever to break in. The button was a little scratched out of the package. I’ll send back and try another.

Good quality belt, though it's quite stiff at first and needs to be broken in. The length is also slightly short for me

Ceinture Lombaire .
Trés bonne ceinture qui maintient parfaitement les lombaires lors d'exercices dorsaux ou épaules etc.... Par contre lors de la commande les tailles n'étaient pas spécifiées, j'ai eu de la chance d'avoir pris grand, j'ai juste fait refaire des trous chez le cordonnier !
