My vanilla drinks show coffeeberry in the ingredients. How much caffeine is in it? .

There are 3.8 mg of caffeine per 11oz container in the Chocolate flavour and no caffeine in the Vanilla flavour.

What are the full ingredients in every flavor?

I am only aware of the chocolate. To list every ingredient with. Out a bottle in hand is not possible. It has about 350 Cals so it gives you a satisfying punch of protein

Horrible customer service, how do you reach someone ? Have tried 3 times, I ordered chocolate and they sent plain.

I had a similar problem trying to reach them. When I finally reached them the level of customer service was very poor. They could not give a consistent direct answer to my question.

How do you return a product and why is there no return policy? My insurance pays for the plain I wanted to try peptide its awful.

I take the peptide product 1.5. I cannot swallow so I tube feed. But the peptide product does come in vanilla flavor and i t is not bad. When my feeding tube does not work well I take the vanilla mixed with water so I can swallow it. The shakes in three flavors are great

Less Sugar, More Agave???

These are the BEST protein shakes I have found--especially in MOCHA. (They could be improved by having less SUGAR--possibly AGAVE? But, please don't add any FAKE SUGAR). I currently mix the shake 50/50 with water to take the sugar content down. I believe the shake tastes even better that way! (I also boost the mocha flavor by adding a teaspoon of decaf instant coffee. BOMB!)
