I bought this car wedge seat cushion for an older family member and it has made a real difference to their comfort when travelling. The cushioning is firm but comfortable, providing good support without feeling too soft or unstable. It also stays in place well on the seat and doesn’t slide around during journeys, which gives extra peace of mind. My wife has a back problem and needs a cushion where she sits. This car seat cushion helped her to be comfortable however on reflection I think the thicker one would be even better, also the strap to hold the cushion in place though adjustable could do with being a little longer.
