Suction cup doesn’t hold on any surface I tried it on.

Suction powet is good.

This line spoiler works great. Suction cup is strong and releases easily. I glued a piece of plexiglass to a piece of wood to create a smooth surface. I also use this to hold string for wrapping guides which works great too. A nice addition are the scissors. They are sharpe and cut braid easily.

The product might be fine except that one of the most important parts does not work. The suction cup does not work as advertised. It did not matter the surface or whether it was damp, wet or dry. It just would not hold. I would not recommend this product.

I like how you can easily adjust tension. I used it so far on about 4 fishing rods. So far so good.

The suction cup works if you add 0 pressure. The rest is well built. Gona take it and make it a clamp style but i would recommend to tape it down and would work great.

Easy to use and serves the purpose but the suction cup keeps coming off I may end up screwing it to a board and clamping the board to a table

I've tried "suction" on multiple surfaces with little luck. I will keep trying multiple surfaces tho, I gave it a 3 more of a 2 3/4's. I may have to find a way to rig / hard mount to a surface. Great product tho and better than my home made spooler. Other than that producylt seems legit. Could of gotten one at fishing store for same price. Let me just say it was a covid purchase
