Linear switches never did the trick for me as they lacked the feedback i desired. On a whim, I purchased the Gateron Baby Kangaroo 2.0, and it was love at first type!! The installation was a breeze. The tactile bump is very noticeable, enhancing the typing feel and making the keyboard sound creamy, especially with the mods I've applied to my Nuphy Halo.These switches are not as light as the browns and require a bit more force, which might take some getting used to, but they are by far my favorite switches to date due to the superior tactile feedback they provide.Two weeks into using the new switches, I decided to re-lube them to further refine my typing experience. Here's how I did it:1. Cleaning: I disassembled the switches and washed all the stems with Dawn dish soap in warm water to remove the factory lube completely.2. Lubricating: I use authentic Krytox GPL204 lube from DuPont. It's important to me that the lubrication is genuine, especially since many aftermarket Krytox brands don't list their chemical components.3. Modding: I added 0.3mm Foam Switch Films to each switch. This significantly reduced stem wobble and tightened the switch housing tolerances, although it didn't alter the sound much.These steps took my typing experience from good to great, making each keystorke more satisfying than the last.
