The outside is a soft sort of matte grip. The handle positions up or down, which is nice for storage when not using. There is a nice plug for cord attachment and that is nice when you’re washing this to help keep water out for further use. I haven’t had this long but I suspect it’ll work fine for my uses a few times a week! Milk comes out foamy and it works fast, but I wouldn’t say I’m blown away by how foamy the milk gets. Works well for the price you pay as it was on the cheaper end of frontiers! I broke 3 in less than 4 months.
