After long-term use and moving it on carpet, one wheel broke off. I now need to be careful when reclining. It started making creaking noises after about a year. Arrived faster than indicated. Easy to assemble but the Allen key included is rubbish, upon tightening the main seat bolts the key disintegrated as it is of such soft metal. Fortunately I have a decent quality set - so no issue. This is the only complaint really, the chair is very comfortable and has a decent height range adjustment. Fold-up arms are a real bonus as is the adjustable lumbar support. I bought a far more expensive gaming chair a few months ago that was over 3 times the price of this chair, I regret that now! This chair rivals that far more expensive model for comfort and adjustability, certainly represents very good quality and value for money. I am a larger person and the size of the seat is ample, the chair is extremely stable and feels very secure to both sit on and to shuffle around the room on. All in all, a good product at a good price. Shame about the Allen key for those who do not have a seperate set.

I bought this chair for work. First one of the castors bent, I contacted the seller and they sent 2 new castors out to me. Then another castor bent, so I replaced that, then a 3rd one, so I bought 5 heavy duty castors to keep as back ups. Then today one of the legs cracked. I wouldn't recommend this chair if your a bit on the large side as the plastic isn't very strong. Will be buying another chair soon, that's made for fatties, as clearly this chair isn't.

The chair was easy to assemble and is comfortable for the most part. The adjustable headrest and lumbar support is appreciated and does a good job relieving lower back strain. It rolls smoothly and is great as a first desk chair. However, I've had this chair for around 4 months, and I'm neither impressed or unimpressed. It's a mostly comfortable chair with its problems. Firstly, the seat is uncomfortable for me. I have to place a pillow on it and if I'm sat upright, I still feel uncomfortable after a while. When the backrest is locked in place it still moves around a lot, with a preference to want to fall on the left or right side - never directly back. It gives the feeling like there's a pole behind you and the chair can only move backwards either side of it. Lastly, it's started squeaking a lot and it's unbearable. I need to source a good lubricant and hope that I can identify where the sound is originating from, which is inconvenient and disappointing, because the chair was a lot better at first. I've seen a lot of reviews praising this chair which is what encouraged me to make a purchase as well, but I wish I had bought a different one. Perhaps mine is simply faulty. I would recommend this if you need an affordable office chair, but if you have the money I'd suggest a different one.
