Brilliant design, convenient, well built. Much more reliable spark-type clickers (so far). The noise is very high pitch, OK for us, but possibly loud for nearby dogs. Ours left the room! It's high-voltage but with (presumably) miniscule current - but I'd recommend keeping it away from sensitive people and electronics - and curious youngsters!? Read the manual (I did not tut tut). Great, really useful product.

Have had one before and happy with this two pack. Very smart and beautifully packaged. Would make a nice gift.

I saw an ad for this and was sold! Safe to use, lightweight, durable, good battery life, quiet, and overall performs well. Doesn’t get hot, but lights just like an open flame lighter.

Bought the two pack and used for 6 weeks before the gold one broke at the top.I don't even think I used the gold one enough to recharge it.I did recharge the black one once, and it seems to be working great. I'm going to return both since it was a two pack. I will reorder and try again since they are nice when they work.

Beautiful lighter. Just requires charging. Holds a charge for weeks based on usage.

These work ok for lighting candles but the sound is SO high pitched that it actually hurts my ears when I light a candle and drives my dog crazy. I won’t be using these again.
