How do you know When they are fully charged ?

When the green light flashing goes static (stops) is when the charging case is fully charged. The eabuds on the other hand if you are able to download the Soundcore app, you can sign in as a guest then you can visually tell what charge percentage each bud is at.

Would the small size fit into Small ear canals?? Most don't. 🙄

It does for me in my left ear. Right not as comfortable because ear canal seems larger. I’m very pleased with them!

Is it good noise canceling than the minis?

I don’t feel the noise canceling on these is as good as more expensive brands. They have a good sound, but if noise canceling is important to you then you might want to try something else.
