I searched many pediatric cuff and bought it, which did give accurate reading. Finally bought this from sahyog it gave accurate results for 4 year old.

I had ordered this product for checking BP in Pediatric Population being a Child Specialist. This Cuff is not compatible with any of my Electronic BP instruments despite of a proper Connection. I must have checked the BP readings in more than 20 Children. The reading displays error at all times. Hence I had to return this product. But my problem of having a pediatric cuff remains unsolved. Amazon should make a note of this
