Is the 14 mm cock with a cock mount to store it on the bike frame when it is not used?

There is no cock mount to store it on the bike. We need to store it in somewhere safe as the weight for this heavy duty U Lock is 3.7LB and few cock mount can hold it.

Where is the best place to attach the lock on a bike ans boke rack?

I have found that the most secure lock point is through the rear wheels AND frame to the bike rack. Your front wheel may still be insecure.
