I have bought a few of these to replace old hanging traditional lamps with the standard bulbs in a new house. I personally prefer yellow mellow light, especially in the evening for that comforting and sleep inducing mood but when these are on the light is like in a surgery room! Super bright! I didn’t like them at all at first but I have to say they do come handy in winter time when the weather is grey and glum and depressive. Bright light cheers me up and I can actually see what I am doing in the day time when it’s ready to rain and the house is dark. My partner fitted them and said it’s pretty straightforward. Nice and clean look and a space saver. Super lightweight plastic. And I am sure lower electricity bills.

Easy to fit, lightweight and very bright, great lights at a great price, have fitted three of these in my house now.

Nice and bright and not too expensive

I bought a pair of these to light my recently renovated shed/wood working shop. They were very easy to install, I had no issues at all despite fitting them overhead. They look nice and tidy, if your struggling to fit then, just stand then off by a couple of mm (plastic spacer/washes will do fine). This will give you a little more room should you require it, I didn’t. They provide a bright but subdued light providing fewer dark shows than traditional light bulbs, a big plus for me. From the lumens stated I had expected a bit more brightness, but to be honest the provided light from only one would be enough for an average cloak room to medium sized bathroom. Two is more than required for my shed. Overall I’m very happy and have recommended these to friends and family. Life cycle is yet to be determined, I hope for a couple of years.

Only 2 wires to connect. Comes with all the fittings. Plenty of space on the reverse to accommodate the connectors. Sits flush to the ceiling. As it’s very light it does not require heavy duty fixings so ideal for plasterboard ceiling where there are no joists to screw into.

Needed a low profile light fitting because the old one foulded the new kitched cabinet door. The light is very bright, was easy to fit and the door has clearance space to open properly.

Although I haven't had time to install these lights (2 , they look to be well made. The fittings are different to the usual designs and look to be a simpler easier fit. I bought a pair for my garage, to replace two old strip lights and the size and thin profile looks like they will be an improvement on the strip lights. If they are I will not hesitate to replace the other two strip lights and buy another pair of these.

The lights work great and seem to be built well

I needed 2 small overhead lights to go into a new closet installation, and also a “Closet office” I was building next to it. In other words, I took a large closet and split into 2 areas. The lights needed to be slim and very modern looking at the same time. These were exactly what I hoped they would be. The lights were installed without any problem at at, and the amount of light is perfect. These light are 2 in a package and the price is incredible. While they are being used inside an area, I would absolutely use them exposed. As a matter of fact, I think I will order them for my laundry room. That’s how good they are!

It's harder to review a product that didn't look like something we wanted for the space we were going to put it. I would say that it was a good product for the right spot. I was look for excellent. So would I recommend this product sure there wasn't anything really wrong with it, however I was looking for ceiling lights that were thicker looking and more detail to them. These were sent back to Amazon. The ones we did order off Amazon had a wood over lay and were thicker rims that were excellent for what we were looking for.

Unbelievably easy set up, and they work amazingly. Very good especially for the price and 2 of them, and insane brightness! I had my doubts as we started the process of putting them in as I'm not familiar with the type of light/how they work, but they're great and I'm beyond impressed (one is bright enough for a full decent sized living room)

Great little light. Lit up my whole laundry room and doing the garage with the other 3 tomorrow. Use your own wire nuts though. The connectors that come with them are really low grade. Am a contractor by trade. Saw them in the box, pitched them and used two orange wire nuts instead.
