I am 75 years old and hair has been gradually thinning. I have worn my hair very short to hide the thin hairs in the back. I am African American but have very fine curly hair. I lost my stylist and my hair has grown out. I started using this oil about 3 weeks ago. My scalp tingled the very first use. I bought the whole line. The shampoo and the conditioner. I wash my hair weekly. My hair is actually very soft already but this product makes it silky. My scalp has been itching like crazy. I try not to scratch. Today I noticed tiny patches of new growth where it's very thin! Now I understand the itching...It's the scalp being stimulated!! I was afraid my hair would smell like medicine, but it's not bad at all. Because of my hair texture I have to use this oil very sparingly so my hair doesn't look greasy. A few drops then I massage my scalp and gently brush it, using the oil like twice a week. I can't wait to see my progress after a few months. Try not to be turned off by the itchy scalp. I believe that's the hair follicles coming back to life. My sister confirmed seeing tiny new hairs where it's very thin.

I braided my hair at the beginning of the year, and couldn't pre-treat all of the braiding hair with apple cider vinegar before placing it in my hair. So.of course, there was itchiness. I also have bad dandruff, and dermatitis. I haven't ever found anything to bring relief for when I have braids, since I was just always taught to use hair grease. I found this product because I love the hair balm of the same product line. After a good shower, I placed a few drops of this throughout my scalp. This is the first time in DAYS I haven't had an itchy scalp with my braids!!!! I'm so impressed. The scent reminds you of menthol/tea tree oil. It isn't too overwhelming, and the oil is very light on your hair. My advice? Place a towel around your shoulders when using this with braids. That will catch any excess from your scalp. I'd definitely recommend this.

I love this formula on my daughter's hair but this last time I got it, it wasn't filled all the way to the brim. ☹️

I use the mask as well but this I use in my hair on wash day and regular days . This is also amazing I feel the oils its not oily and has made my hair stronger . Last year , after perming my hair for years I finally had hair lost . It was so so hard for me but I was advise to use the mask to help now having the oil no more shedding no breakage and growing . The smell is amazing and here to say I love it . Even haven't no perm my hair is soft manageable.

Absolutely fantastic oil!. It has a tingly and then cooling sensation on the scalp. It can have a strong smell so a little does go a long way. The applicator bottle is also very good as it makes you not apply too much at a time. This oil is great for natural 4c girlies and also protective styles. It’s actually the only oil I use when my hair is in a protective style. It prevents me from itching and soothes my scalp.
