On bringing up my concern to the Seller, and sending a picture, they immediately agreed to replace the branch with the crack. Rich at MAU could not have been more helpful and responsive. I not only would recommend this product, but I wholeheartedly recommend doing business with this Seller. Finding a company that backs up their product is just about as important as the product itself, and in this case I am happy with both! My Marmalade is 13 pounds and looked as though he would have been more comfortable on one of the larger trees designed with baskets that Mau Pets offers. The fur is non-removable but don't worry as cleaning it is very easy! I was terrified I spent all this money and she wasn't going to use it but she loves it now. It took me placing her on it and forcibly keeping her there with treats but she finally took to it. I went with this tree mainly for its replaceable/interchangeable parts and having a reputable company that won't fall off the face of the world if i need spare parts.
