I used a mouthguard for years, however I think it has affected my teeth so I looked for another solution. This device is simple and absolutely brilliant - it has completely stopped my snoring, as vouched for by my wife and by my snoring app which is no longer registering any snoring at all. It is important to read the instructions carefully - pinch the 'bubble' part, then suck the air out of it, then release and you will feel your tongue be sucked forward into the bubble where the vacuum keeps it firmly in there all night, for me. Initially I didn't get this right and results were not so good. It is *slightly* uncomfortable and there is a *bit* more saliva than you would normally expect, however, you adjust to this and I find I am sleeping very well for hours every night - so the slight discomfort is a small price to pay for such brilliant results.

I was optimistic when I tried it the first night and felt like it would be a good solution with the concept of holding the tongue in place rather than it fallling back, but unfortunately my partner said my snoring did not improve at all. Very disappointing and feel like I wasted a lot of money on this product. Back to the drawing board

This does actually work. It’s the second time I’ve bought one, when you had to buy it direct from the States. Yes, it took a little while to get used to, as far as I remember, but it’s second nature now. My tongue is a bit sore in the morning, but it wears off and frankly it’s a small price to pay for a solution that actually works! I know it works because my reading on SnoreLab has gone (e.g.) from 50 to 11. It doesn’t matter that it’s a small piece of plastic. It works!! 😊

I have been using the Good Morning Snore Solution product for 7 years now and honestly could not live without it. Having tried various products I can honestly say this is far superior to anything else and has massively improved my health using this product, I have a good nights sleep and no longer wake up tired and my partner says there has been a massive improvement in how loud I am. Yes you do have to get used to the mouthpiece, and I would urge others to give it time, but it is in no way uncomfortable and my tongue has never been sore. I used a snore app to record myself before using the mouthpiece compared to using it and it was extraordinary! I am always going to use this product as its been life changing for me.

It didn't work as i think the issue is caused by aomething else.

Unfortunately the GMSS did not work for me. I probably need a sleep study. However, the product is of high quality and did exactly what it is intended to do with holding your tongue in a forward position. At no time did my tongue fall out of place. If your problem is with your tongue falling back when it relaxes, then this could be your solution. John in customer services at MPowrx was incredible!

This is a small light ingenious device effectively stoping the tongue falling back.I have found it extremely effective and would not be without it

The product initially worked very well, but unfortunately I do have sore gums at times and the product caused some soreness. Customer service gave some helpful advice to try, and offered a refund. I had my money returned. I would recommend to others as the product works well if you don’t have weak gums and there is a 30 day guarantee.

I am finally used to this mouthguard. It took a couple of weeks but it was worth the trouble. I don’t grind my teeth and I don’t wake myself up snoring anymore. The guard holds my tongue from going to the back of my throat. Kind of expensive but at least I’m finally sleeping better. I also bought a mouth guard ultra sonic cleaner because I found it staining. Now it’s perfect

Arrived the next day. Great service. It works well. Needed replacing as the dog at the last one.

No one seems to mention the issue with a numb tongue hours after it has been removed. I'm really worried that it has damaged my nerves at the end of my tongue. Four hours have passed and my tongue still has not gone back to normal. Very worried.

Of the 2000 items I've probably purchased on Amazon over the year, this would be single most obvious scam or rip-off. The most I've ever paid for something that cost half a cent to make. Absolutely useless and I've used a few different versions of the same idea with pretty decent success. This product is a joke.. borderline insulting. Please do not purchase. They are laughing at you. Very similar other items for holding the tongue forward so doesn't fall back really so work. So buy something else.

This product worked for me, from the first night. My wife says I have stopped snoring - so she is able to get a good nights sleep. I also woke up feeling refreshed, rather than tired.
