A great way to control pests.
We've used these for years. They're very effective.

Gets the job done
I like that you can order a lot of these at a decent price. Looking at places like Loweโs or Home Depot they want a fortune for them their traps are larger, which makes them harder to put in small dark places. When you have brown recluse spiders you need several of these in a lot of locations so this allows you to buy a lot of them and gets the job done.

Create your own spider collection
The number of spiders in our house seems to have increased over the last two months. Based on what I've read, the cause could be seasonal. I'm not surprised. It's hot and homes generally have dark cool hiding spots. My wife and I stated to see uncomfortably large giant house spiders. We just welcome a newborn into the family and seeing these fast spiders run across the floor at 2AM is the last thing we wanted to see. The final straw was one particular evening when a spider seemingly dropped out of nowhere on to one of our pillows. I promptly pulled up Amazon on my phone and ordered these. They're incredibly sticky and when used properly - effective. I've placed a few of these throughout the house along the moulding or near doorways. They work. I routinely check the traps in the morning and find anything from tiny baby spiders trapped to the larger inch long legged giant house spiders.

Never run out of these!!!
I don't spray poison inside my house. After a pregnant fiddle back ran across my bed ๐ณ I bought these and will NEVER be without them again! During critter season, I keep one by each outside door and by each bed. It's shocking to see how many critters I catch!

Worked! (with extra help)
I was hopeless for a while. I had just moved into a new house, and for some reason spiders just kept on coming out of everywhere. I thought about using many different types of insecticides, but I was worried that the venom would not work and would only make the spiders move somewhere else, that is until I found this. I set many of these around my closet, under the bed, around the corners of the room, pretty much just everywhere. I left them there for a few days without anything extra, but they caught nothing. I was worried that the sticky spot was not strong enough, so I touched one of them and there is no way that a spider could get out of that. So the spiders were just not wanting to walk through it. I ended up buying a mist insecticide and left it in my room for 2 days. To my surprise, when I walked into the room and checked the traps, there was at least 8, dead, spiders trapped in random traps. While this did not attract or traps spiders (in a few days) it did work great with some extra help. I am sure that if left long enough, this will trap those scary critters. However, with the extra help this will clear your mind that the spiders did not go running to another part of the house.

Arizona: Sticking it to the Desert Recluse Spiders
We unknowingly bought a house that was infested with Desert Recluse - the Brown Recluse's evil western cousin. After I got bit, I sent several spider bodies to the Arizona University's entomology department for an ID and he confirmed what the doctor did. We called a local exterminator who was very honest and suggested we buy sticky traps too, because spraying is mostly limited to killing the food source for recluse spiders. That is because these spiders tip-toe through the spray. As a note - a Desert Recluse can go a very long time without eating. One site says 10 months. Another says 2 years. So you definitely want to add sticky traps to help control them. We went to Home Depot and bought several types of traps and we ordered these and another brand online. It only took a month to realize that these Catchmaster traps are THE BEST. We threw the others out (ESPECIALLY the 'gel' trays - they were awful) and ordered more of these. At first, our infestation was so bad that we saw one or two a day โ mostly on walls at night. Although they are small spiders, they are easy to ID thanks to their six eyes (three black dots at a glance) and violin marking on the back of their head. After two years of using these traps and of having monthly sprayings by our exterminator (to kill their meal sources) we are now seeing these spiders very rarely. I have only seen two โlooseโ ones in all of 2016 so far, and we found only a combined total of 4 bodies in traps the last two months. And yes, after having been bitten once, we put out a LOT of traps in our home. We buy the BIG pack. ;) THANK YOU CATCHMASTER!!!

Just ok. Works half the time.
I have the sticky traps from the same manufacturer, but the insides are stick on two sides. This allowed me to place them on corners and the spiders would actually stick more to the vertical glue (along wall, not floor) half of the time. These that I just bought on Amazon, have the sticky glue only on the bottom and are not catching the spiders as well. I have to used two per corner of the house to make sure I cover the wall and the floor area of the corners. Not as good as the version that has glue on more than one side.

very sticky, good value for so many traps.
very sticky, works great. good value for this many traps. they also have a sticky spot on the bottom to secure the trap, but I have not used it. I mostly use these near the sliders in the back and side of our house to catch ants and spiders. I don't think they have any bait or smell, but placing them along the wall seems to catch an occasional insect. I also spray for ants and roaches, so we don't see many in the traps. I mostly wanted to use these to monitor areas along sliders and water areas, like under sinks, and next to refrigerator. I'm happy with them, and would order them again. I would recommend them.
