SUITABLE FOR 12-13mm HOLES IN THE PORCELAIN ONLY. Allows you to repair or renew a toilet seat for a back to wall pan, without having to remove the pan from the existing plumbing system. Eliminating the need for a plumber! Not only for back to wall pan but pans with fixings that are hard to get to or hard to see. Hence the name Blind Fixings. Instead of buying a top fix toilet seat, which can be costly simply purchase a cheaper one and use these finxings instead of the ones that come supplied with the seat. Saving you money. Simply push the rubber gromit through the hole in your pan. Place the seat on top and use the bolt supplied with our kit instead of your normal fixings. As you tighten the bolt up, the brass insert at the bottom rises expanding the rubber ball creating a tight fitting. Therefore eliminating the need to tighten any bolts underneath. (Top Fix) Please check before buying that these are compatible with your new or existing toilet seat. There should be one bolt for the fixing straight through the pan. You may need to use part of your existing fixings with this new kit. Suitable for 12 -13mm holes in porcelain.
