Review: A great book.... - A great book with a lovely & varied selection of recipes from jams and dips to main meals and delicious ice cream and other treats - the Chillentines are to die for! It's not all incredibly hot & fiery & is focussed on flavour and the varied qualities of different chillies - very interesting & a great eye opener to someone like me who enjoys warm/hot food but has little idea about the nuances of the different chillis out there - there are lots of top tips on all aspects of the Chilli world! I've now also bought the author, Jason Nickells', first book about Growing Chillies so I can learn about growing as well as enjoying different varieties. Both books are simple, well written with lovely & inspiring photos - really nice - highly recommended.

A great book with a lovely & varied selection of recipes from jams and dips to main meals and delicious ice cream and other treats - the Chillentines are to die for! It's not all incredibly hot & fiery & is focussed on flavour and the varied qualities of different chillies - very interesting & a great eye opener to someone like me who enjoys warm/hot food but has little idea about the nuances of the different chillis out there - there are lots of top tips on all aspects of the Chilli world!
