Swarm commander works was using lemongrass oil had bees visit but not interested ordered this product and caught three swarms out of four used just set trap again using on Saturday hopefully I catch my fourth hive quickly like the other three I caught thank you for a great product

It cought us a couple swams can't complain

I am a first time bee keeper, I figured making a bee trap and using this is way cheaper than buying bees. It took about a month (again I'm very new so I might have tried too early) I got free local bees that are healthy and happy! Thank you Swarm Commander. I will purchase it every year.

If you you have a new hive or swarm trap that hasnt had bees in it there will be a noticeable difference above lemongrass. If you have old comb or previously used trap, I would just use lemongrass because it's much cheaper, and not that much of an advantage. But it's a good product just very expensive!!

as a young beekeeper living in the West Indies, i had bought this with the intentions of capturing swarms to add to my apiary but without any luck at all. i have done exactly as the packaging states multiple times, at different locations but to this day i havent caught a single swarm. i also think it is overpriced for what you get especially since the success rate is so low

Very well made application system. Smells great and floral. Have several neighbors with allot of hives . I applied one in each of my swarm traps up in trees and one on each of my new bee boxes in hopes of catching a swarm. Been over a month and no luck with any of them. I'll probably just use the lemongrass oil here on out. Seems like a great product , but just did not work for me.

I have purchased this twice; once in April of this year and again September 5th of this year. Both times I have caught a swarm...even three weeks ago in SE Florida when I thought it was past swarm season but wanted to give it a try. Patience is the key with any lure I believe. It took about 3 weeks and 2 vials in April but the bees that I "caught" are still around and I just put a super on top of the 10-frame hive! I shared the other vials, and my friend also caught a swarm in the spring. The second order came with 2 of the 5 vials crushed but after contacting the seller through Amazon, they sent me 2 replacement vials. No hassle, no fuss, just good customer service. I definitely recommend this lure and this seller!
