One did not work and was easily returned for an immediate refund. The second unit worked fine. We used it approximately 3 times over the last 2 years and then it stopped working (it would not take a charge). I contacted the company to let them know. They were very responsive through email and thorough in their investigation and in the end sent us a new unit which works great.
