My mum has fibromyalgia, this helps her with her aches and pains. She takes a portion of the dosage recommended only because she wants to make the bottle last longer, and she says it makes all the difference with a small dosage. She says the whole dose must be wonderful. She puts in in a morning cup of coffee, and it does not seem to affect the tatse. I hope this helps a little, I know it's vague. We buy it for the specific reason of her fibromyalgia so I can only speak to the benefits in this specific regard.

以前はカプセル型を飲んでいましたが、取り扱いがなかったのでこちらを。線維筋痛症に対する効果は変わらず感じます。発症してから通常の状態に戻るまでの期間が短くなる感じといえば良いでしょうか。 1日3食5g消費しても発症する時は一瞬なので、発症した時だけ飲むようにしていますがそれでも効果は十分。味も甘味があって良い感じなので炭酸水に入れたりして飲んでいます。
