We at Thaver Tech Pvt. Ltd. have been using the Hola! TC 700 Expandable 2.4GHz Cordless Landline Phone since 23 August 2025, and it has proven to be a reliable communication solution for our office. The call quality is clear, and the cordless functionality provides excellent flexibility for moving around the workspace while attending calls. The caller ID display is easy to read, helping our team identify incoming calls quickly. We also appreciate the phonebook feature, which allows us to store important business contacts conveniently. The battery backup is impressive and easily supports our daily office requirements. The build quality feels sturdy and durable, making it suitable for regular business use. The cordless landline hasn’t worked since day one. A technician confirmed it’s defective. We raised a return request and were told the pickup would happen on 16th July, but no one came and the item was never collected. Now the return window has passed. We kindly request that (the owner) arrange for a pickup and issue a refund, as the product was faulty from the start and remains unusable. It was a faulty or a defected piece and we were UNABLE to use it, UNABLE to return it, and we were UNABLE to get our money back.

It's a good product but it has a slight problem that when u dail a number u have to put a 0 in front of the number. I think it has to mention in the user manual other wise how did we know about it. Beside that it's a great phone in budget

This product has to be returned, and they have not picked it up. Please do something about it and refund my money because the product is not as same as what was described and seems to be some local quality.
