This box locked me out several times. I kept my credit card inside so was unable to use it for purchases. It was not the battery. I plugged it in, waited 5 minutes, still it malfunctioned. The first time, it magically started working again, the second time I had to smash it to open it (which was actually not hard to break).

Very compact, crazy light weight and well made material. 4-8 digit passcode for good security, quick & easy access. The included steel cable is cool to have since I drive for multiple jobs and constantly need to switch cars/places (I will however try to upgrade the strength/replace the cable since it is pretty thin. I definitely have more peace of mind when I need to constantly leave my vehicle for moments at a time especially since theres a spot for an apple airtag as well as a removable tray for sorting different items. Cool feature: If someone has tried to open the lockbox, it will also glow red which is reassuring. Not going to lie, it feels pretty cool locking and unlocking this while being able to store it away virtually anywhere because of its compact size. I was initially going to go with the regular sized LifePod but deemed this a bit more affordable and ultra compact. I will most certainly purchase from Vaultek again in the near future as they offer the larger safes that can stores a firearm(s) :D I have yet to test the durability as far as the elements and forced entry/shock but I would imagine it will ironically holds its own weight. Fuerte, seguro, fácil de configurar (aunque hay que hacer traducción del documentos manual) y sobre todo seguro y confiable. Ya hasta le coloqué su AirTag.

This safe is great, keep in mind it is a small one, for the phone, passport and some small things. I'm planing to buy 2.0 version for other stuff. No batteries included, but that's normal, everyone have batteries, or it's easy and cheap to buy. Setting code was a bit stressful, luckily Vaultek emailed me before the product arrived with all necessary details, although i would like to be easier to find a set-up tutorial and other one more easier on their website. The quality of the safe is great, no joke! Shipping time to Europe is good, i didn't contact them because i haven't any questions nor problem, but they contacted me with useful information how to set up et, which i respect. For sure i will buy some other Vaultek products and i recommend it 100%, i only wish they have an EU store!
