Great for macarons - I put it through a good processo,r not because it wasn't fine enough, but just to combine it with extras like matcha and cocoa powder. Haven't tried to make anything else yet. It's a good size so it's pretty good value for money when I only use around 1 cup at a time.

I like the soft texture and flavour of this almond flour. In a smallish bowl I mix 2 Tab spoons full with 1 Tabsp of coconut flour, half a teasp. of baking powder, 1 teasp of stevia; then add it into another slightly larger bowl of 2 Tabsp extra virgin olive oil and 1 Tabsp of melted Coconut oil and a Large omega 3 egg beaten together. When both both bowls are combined I add a generous handful of blueberries or other berries and mix together, then heat in the microwave for 3 minutes with a cover on top. And voila! A perfect, quick dessert. It's delicious taste is addictive. Serves 2 but double all ingredients for 4 and microwave for an extra minute. Tastes luxurious and is non-allergenic.

Delicious and a good price. I use it for everything from sweet toppings to pastry to marzipan. I have ordered this brand before and I will be doing so again.

This is the best large bag of ground almonds I've tried. I use it for baking keto products (scones, crumble toppings, cheesecake bases etc). I've tried other brands, but keep coming back to this brand.

Good clean ground almonds. Like almond flour with no husk in mix. Good flavour and excellent ingredient for low carb recipes.
