I have used the Aeromarine two part epoxy for a long long time for repairing rotted wood and other projects. I recently ran out and was going to order more but the price seems to have gone up and the shipping seemed excessive. I saw this product on Amazon and decided to give it a try since it was half the price. I initially mixed up a test batch and was pleased to see that it cured crystal clear. I tried using it for a wood project and it was perfect. I like that that the ratio of harder to epoxy is 50/50 since it's easy to measure and remember, and overall this seems like a great product that I will order again.

This product did not let us down! The instructions were detailed and easy to follow. I had never done this technique and was nervous about ruining the amazing mesquite wood that was harvested from our own property. The finished product was beautiful. It was very refreshing to buy a product off the internet and have the company provide explicit directions on how to (and not to) use it. The best proof is that my husband is ecstatic about the table top!!! You can’t beat that, thanks so much!

I bought this instead of my usual resin because it said I was buying a 2 gallon kit for just 30 dollars more than I usually spend on one gallon... then a one gallon kit showed up for 30 dollars more than I usually pay for it. Bait and switch much... I would rather use my old brand.

I made a mistake and used this for an outdoor sign."Never Yellows, Fades, or Cracks" ""Commercial Grade"In my Florida sunlight it yellowed in one week.I contacted the mfg. They were very quick to reply. I got a reply email that it is NOT FOR OUTDOOR use. Oh snap. So I must now throw this sign in the dumpster and start over. Live and learn. Please don't make the same mistake that I did.

If you follow directions correctly and use proper techniques, this is one of the best resin finishes out there. I have tried several and always come back to this. Absolutely beautiful finish on wood and brings it to life.

Really liked this product, the instructions were easy to follow and the finish came out great. I used it to do a flood coat on a 6’x4’ table. Just make sure you buy a plumbers torch to get the air bubbles out of the finish.

After being very meticulous with the instructions and process of mixing and setting the epoxy, I was met with unfortunate results. I left the final coat to cure overnight (it looked perfect at this point ; crystal clear) and when I checked it in the morning there were a few golf ball sized areas hidden from view. The obstructions are a cloudy, frosted glass looking blob in an other-wise good looking project. The blobs seem to be in random locations (not over any specific materials, closeness to the edge, etc). One corner of the epoxy also did not set correctly. It looked as if it had been eaten away by something, although the other 3 corners turned out perfect.
