Weirdly, when I bought them they had both 1.1" and 1.25" rings, but the 1.25" don't seem to be available anymore. I bought the 1.1". Also, these were half the price when I bought them compared to the date of this review. These are the only gymnast rings I've ever used, so I can't really compare them to anything else. While these are great, I would go with whatever wooden pair you can get for the best price. They probably all use the same manufacturer, anyway.Pros+ Wood, straps, and buckle seem to be high quality, no chips or rough finishes.Cons- You'll see some individual strands that fray a little. Don't read this wrong: the straps do NOT fray as a whole, and it is only a cosmetic issue. It just appears to be some extra material. I had the straps through the cam backwards! Whoops. Given that I live alone, it would've been awkward to have the neighbors find my dead, broken-neck body some days later.This is truly next-level bodyweight work. Think you're strong? Get some rings. Random muscles will wake up and painfully remind you that they're still there.All that said, the rings are smooth and comfortable in the hand. The straps feel sturdy and tough. I do wish the straps were easier to adjust from pull ups to dips. I wish they had some sort of lines on them for measurements to make it easier to line them up evenly.
