I love this sweetener. The taste of this syrup is far superior to other sweeteners as it doesn’t leave that lingering aftertaste that many artificial sweeteners do. I’ve purchased it twice previously.

Good to try. Kinda pricey, but nice to know you’re trying quality products.

It sweetens anything, I put it in my coffee… it has a bold flavor.

Thought this would be a good sugar substitute but it is not. You need so much to get the same sweetness the price is enormous. Not worth the money.

I have been using this in my espressos and with anything that I make that needs to be sweet and it’s great! It’s a combination of very mild molasses and honey.. it doesn’t taste bad when I add to coffee so it’s a big yes for me! I would say give it try!

This may be a healthy alternative sweetener but it tastes bad. L would think twice before buying again.

I selected this brand of Yacon Syrup to try because the price per fluid ounce was better than others. It shows NET WEIGHT 12.26 FL OZ. They mistakenly have it listed as both net weight and fluid ounces as 12.26 but the fluid ounces is only 6 ounces per my measurements. They should either have listed it as net weight 12.26 oz, or 6 fluid ounces, or both. Other than that, it was very good, and comes in a glass container. I made ice cream with it that turned out great but I am subtracting 2 stars because I was expecting twice as much syrup for the price.

A great low glycemic sweetner.
