Can I use this on eyebrows?

I do, and that's one area where I have noticed a definite improvement. (Not sure how lasting the results will be, though.)

Is this greasy? I am Caucasian with very fine, long hair and i'm looking for something that is non-greasy but still works as advertised.

I am african american and it absorbs extremely well in my hair. It leaves my hair soft and moist, not greasy. I hope this helps.

Can this be used after you blow dry, on dry hair? No one washes hair daily, so can i apply to my dry hair in between washes

Absolutely! I do so, and my hair has gotten stronger, and softer since my purchase. I definitely recommend washing every other day (if not less), and use in between. I personally add to water in a spray bottle and it keeps my hair looking fresh.
