I have a bit of a lengthy review. I will start by saying the customer service for Wisteria Lane is fantastic! I worked with a women named Cherry and she was very helpful. I ordered the 5 piece set. It was delivered in a timely manor. Upon delivery I only received 4 pieces of my 5 piece set, and the shipment was noted by Amazon as delivered. That is when I was advised to reach out to the manufacturer customer service. When I sent all necessary information to Wisteria Lane customer service, Cherry was able to inform me that the last piece was in-fact still on its way and it was shipped under its own tracking number. So if you are purchasing the 5 piece set I figured it would be nice to know that even if you don’t receive it with your initial delivery it’s more than likely on its way! I was frantic as we had already started building the set when we realized a piece was missing. As for assembly of the set it was very simple and didn’t take much time at all! The quality seems to be wonderful. We haven’t been able to use it much yet as it’s still cold where I live. But I am hopeful it will last a long time. The cushions also seem to be a good quality. Sometimes 3in thick cushions aren’t the greatest but I don’t have any complaints so far. I would definitely recommend this set as of now based on assembly, quality, and customer service! Update on my product- I purchased March 17,2025 it is now August 8, 2026. I had significant wear on the product it was stored indoor’s for the winter out of all elements. It is out durning the good months but I think I will now store inside all the time. It is advertised as weather resistant, and uv resistant but I don’t think I would trust it based on personal experience. But once I reached out to customer service Cherry was more than helpful. They made the whole situation correct and sent me a new set even though I was past the one year warranty. I will now moving forward just store it inside 100% of the time.

Customer service for this beautiful patio set has been exceptional! They are incredibly responsive and truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. It’s refreshing to receive this level of care and attention. Highly recommend!

**One Season Update Below Original Review** Okay- the first thing that people need to realize is that this set isn't as large as it looks in the pictures. I knew this when I bought it- but once assembled it is definitely smaller than what I was anticipating- even after I checked the measurements listed in the description before purchase. The set fits perfectly on a 6x9 foot outdoor rug- so that's an indication regarding space. It does sit relatively close to the ground and you'll likely find that for full-size adults, this really is designed for three people. If you try and cram two full-size adults on the 'sofa', they will be very uncomfortable. With all that in mind, I'm happy with the set. Assembly was relatively easy and was done in about an hour. The directions aren't very clear, but it was clear enough to be understood. Once put together and tightened, the set seems very sturdy with the exception of the coffee table- which wobbles a bit even with all the bolts tightened. The only thing that I'm unhappy with are the bottom cushions. While the back cushions are well-padded and thick, the bottom cushions are very thin and don't provide much comfort. The description/images in the listing say that the bottom cushions are three inches thick. The ones that shipped with mine are about two inches thick. They are good enough for about twenty or thirty minutes of comfort- but grow very uncomfortable with extended use. One unexpected issue that I've had regards how lightweight this set is. I've had it for about a week now, and last night we had our first thunderstorm with high winds. The set moved around- a lot on my deck. The chairs and table moved around on my deck- the sofa fell off the deck and rolled a few times across my yard. It might be advisable to put weight on these if you are anticipating a storm. I purchased the available covers and I might put a patio paver or rock on each piece before the next storm- just to see if it prevents them from moving around. Overall, for the price we paid- roughly four hundred- this is a decent set for what you get. Don't expect that you are getting the quality of a set that costs two or three times as much- and you'll likely be satisfied with your purchase. **Six Month Update** These were used over one Wisconsin summer- from April through now- halfway through October. Overall, this set has held up pretty well through the first summer of use. There's no obvious wear and the wicker has remained in pretty good condition- breaking slightly in one spot- and it's not even really that noticeable. It should be noted that we purchased the optional matching covers- so the furniture itself was protected from the direct sun and rain whenever we weren't using the set. My child has spilled some things on the fabric of the seat cushions- and as advertised, they can be washed and came out clean. While the set itself has held up well- the matching covers are absolute garbage. The fabric is very thin and has ripped in multiple places- on each piece. The cushions are still uncomfortable after a while- but otherwise this set has held up well. If you are looking for a smaller set- one that sits somewhat low to the ground- this isn't a bad set.

True to pics! On the smaller side but was expected and works well for what we needed. Assembly was quite quick and easy with two people. Tabletop arrived shattered, but manufacturer was responsive and sent out a new one almost immediately, arriving only a couple days later.

I can't even convey how upset I am about this purchase. I bought the 5 piece set which in the product specifications says it comes with 1 sofa, 1 loveseat, 2 chairs and 1 coffee table and would arrive in 3 boxes. I received 2 boxes and have been missing the 3rd box for days now. When I contacted Amazon the 1st time I was assured the 3rd box would be delivered the next day, it was not. I then contacted Amazon again and was told that my delivery was marked completed. So now I really don't know what to do. They are not offering a refund at this point so basically I have paid Amazon $600 for the 5 piece when I could have spent 1/2 that and bought the 4 piece for the same outcome. On top of this all I was prepared for a lower quality patio set but this is bottom of the barrel "wicker". The holes don't line up when putting it together and it's incredibly tiny (which is only great for my kids). Buyer beware with this one for sure!!

This patio furniture set is just the right size for our balcony. The furniture looks sturdy and comfortable. It was not easy to put together. With my skills and customer service help it was done. I wish the cushions were a little thicker. I contacted Cherry via email and their customer service and response was great! Hope it will last and my family will enjoy it for years to come.

**update 9/10: company replaced all cushions and advised not to leave out in the rain. Well, then don't advertise as water resistant because they're not. The sofa piece started to leak rusty water and stained my outdoor rug. I bought a cover for it. I would have been better off spending the money on a better set. Cute set for small, covered balcony. No fraying of the wicker. **Update 7/9: At this point almost all of the cushions are beginning to show areas of mold. NOT waterproof. I'm working with the seller right now to hopefully replace them and will update when I hear back. I still like the set I will just be sure to cover or bring cushions inside at the end of the day. Be warned.** Overall I really like this set. Our deck could handle a larger one but with little kids and dogs, it's a great starter set before we're ready to shell out more money. Because it's smaller it's not the most comfy for me (5'9") or my husband (6ft) but not uncomfortable by no means. It's was pretty easy to put together. There was one piece on the sofa that the holes weren't aligned correctly so I had to ask my husband for help (which took a bit longer than we'd like), but I did almost all of it while watching TV in about an hour and a half. It feels very sturdy I love the table. It's short, but that is obvious with a smaller set. The glass on the table is actually black which I personally love! The rattan itself is very pretty with a really nice pattern. The cushions on the other hand? Awful. The absolute worst! We bought and put the set together mid-May. Even after Scotchgarding the cushions three of the seat cushions no longer repel water and actually fill with water. Water still pools on the top so I have no idea where the water is getting in but it takes forever to drain even upright in the sun. Two of the three that fill with water are getting mildew on them. The cushions are not remotely comfortable anyway and slide when you sit on them so we were planning on replacing next year but it looks like we'll have to replace them now instead. Disappointing but not surprising at the price point. I'd rather the cushions be poor quality than the rattan. The pieces are otherwise in great condition and we plan on bringing it into the basement in the winter for longevity.

I received this set in about three days, way sooner the expected. It set outside in the big box's, then I decided I think I can try and put it together myself, be 80 in April, but very young 80. So that is exactly what I did. It took awhile because you have to use a stupid little allen wrench, that took me the longest as I always had the find the hole in the screwhead. but totally worth it. It is a lovely set , the pillows came really scrunched didn't think they would ever come out of it , but I took a steamer to them this morning and that helped a whole lot. still a little scrunched in places. The little bag that held the screws and washers had a hole in it when I took it out of box some screws and washers were in box and some on the ground as I didn't know it had a hole. Thankfully I found everything I needed I was so worried. I have a 10x10 Gazebo and fit perfect I can even put my table and a couple chairs. I got it in the brown and cream pillows. Not sure where people were having trouble aliening the holes for the screws I had NO trouble they just didn't read the instructions, It says DO NOT tighten tight until after putting it together incase you have to move it a hair. All in all I would recommend this set to whoever has smaller area. as it is a smaller set which I needed. and it is comphy!!!I am thankful I ordered covers as it has rained since getting it. I have canopy on Gazebo but if raining hard things can still get wet. I was happy I got them in two days!!
