This one tastes almost like sugar, without the bittery taste of stevia or the non sugar taste of other substitutes. Some tips: 1. Try and use less than your usual serving. The lighter you use, the better it tastes 2. If you use the same amount as you do of sugar, it tastes a tad too sweet, and that kinda wierd 3. In desserts it takes cooler, strangely, as so use lesser amount. It wont affect the taste but makes it better. 4. It is a little on the expensive side but since you use lesser quantity than normal and since it takes good, its worth the money. All in all it is the best substitute I have ever had :) Highly recommended.

Slightly sweeter than sugar so use less. All round perfect substitute for sugar without calories. I didn't get any side effects that others have reported.
