How do I cook with stainless steel cookware to help prevent food from sticking or burning?

Great cooking starts with the right heat. Preheat your pan on low to medium before adding oil, then allow food to naturally release before flipping. Fissler stainless steel delivers fast, even heat for controlled browning and everyday performance.

Is the Pure Collection dishwasher safe?

Yes, Chef! The Fissler Pure Collection is dishwasher safe for convenient everyday cleanup. For best long-term care, use Fissler Stainless Steel Cleaner & Care to help remove water spots, restore luster, and keep your cookware looking like new.

Does the cookware heat evenly?

Yes, Chef! The Fissler Pure Collection is designed for fast, even heat distribution to help reduce hot spots and prevent sauces or oils from “pooling” to one side of the pan, delivering more controlled and reliable cooking performance.

Is the Pure Collection oven safe?

Yes, Chef! The Fissler Pure Collection is oven safe and recommended for use up to 450°F. Don’t forget your oven mitts!

What does rivet-free mean, and will the handles loosen over time?

Great question, Chef! Our rivet-free construction means the handles are securely welded instead of attached with screws. This helps prevent loosening over time while creating a smoother, more hygienic and easier to clean cooking surface.
