Works Pretty Well
Preparation is the key with this product. I removed the tank and drained all the petrol out of it. The area was cleaned with a wire brush (gently) and the product applied as per the instructions. I left it to cure overnight before refitting the tank and filling with petrol. No leaks so far. Pretty good for the money

Quite a hard putty
This looked good for the price, I needed it to fix a small leak in my petrol tank. This stuff is quite hard to mould around (and to mix in your hands). The leak I had was difficult to reach and this putty was too hard to push into tight spaces. If you have plenty of room to work with, and can sand down the area scratch it up to make it rough, then this would maybe work better. I would recommend also googling Chemical Metal, which sets in 10 minutes and sets like metal (and can even be machined). It is also far thinner and easier to pour/spread into a tight spot.

It was easy to use but still didn't seal the leak
Did not really work that well

Handy bit of kit
I have a Ford freda (fords version of a Mazda bongo) I had a coolant leak on one of the metal pipes and could not find a replacement anywhere after several weeks of searching a thought I’d try this product and so far so good.

Does what it says.
Used on a hard to reach alluminium pipe on engine coolant system. There was a corroded hole. And this when pushed on made a small mushroom on inside. Used in conjunction with rad weld. No leak so far.!

Sorry, but I doesn’t work.
Tried it on a leaking radiator. Didn’t even touch the leak. In fact it made it worse, because I had to remove it. Didn’t set when wet. So don’t buy this if you want to repair a household radiator

perfect and saved a huge amount of money to buy
I used this in conjunction with a product that gave a resin lining on my Norton Commando fuel tank, perfect and saved a huge amount of money to buy, paint etc the old one.
