I’ve been taking these for 2 months and my energy has improved quite a bit! I can’t speak to the fertility increasing power as we have not yet convinced, but the increased energy and metal clarity are great! I love that this supplement has all that I was looking for! Serving size is 4 pills but I'd end up taking more if I were to look for all these ingredients separately. They have a supplement taste, but not a big deal. I'm newly diagnosed with PCOS so waiting to see if this helps. I'm aware that results will come with extended use. The pros- of this product is it actually gave me the energy I needed. I wasn’t feeling as sluggish or exhausted.The cons- of this product is unfortunately I had to stop taking it. I’m loosing hair & not just a little bit handfuls of hair.If I can figure out which one is causing the hair loss and purchase the other supplements that would be great.

I love the all in one vitamin. Four pills a day is hefty but I take two in the morning and two at night and it works for me well.
