So I have ordered nearly every brand of peppermint tea Amazon sells and Teapig by far is the best. The noticeable different begins with the smell of the tea. When you smell the tea your senses are filled with a sweet clean scent of peppermint leaves. Compare it to the smell of any other brand. All the others have a bitter overtone to their tea. Then you should look at what is in the teabag. Teapig uses flakes of peppermint leaves while the others mostly use something that looks more like pulverized dust. Like the peppermint itself was used for something else and they decided to make tea out of the remnants. Finally, the taste. The Teapig peppermint is wonderful. The taste is smooth and soothing. While a lot of the others have a bitter overtone and aftertaste. Yes, it’s often more pricy than the others, but the cost is definitely worth every penny.

This tea is so good - very flavorful and an excellent pick-me-up in the afternoon. It smells so good brewing. The sachets that are the 'teabags' are larger than your average teabag, so that allows the loose tea more room to soak in the hot water and brew. After trying this one, I got several others and have not been disappointed. It's a little more costly per cup than some other teas, but not by much, and well worth it.

One star off due to the packaging. I appreciate the biodegradable teabags and the packaging. What needs to be improved is all of the teabags come in a clear plastic bag that does not reseal . To keep the tea fresh it should be stored in a dark glass airtight container. Luckily I had one. Also take note when you brew peppermint tea let it sit for five minutes and make sure you cover it. The peppermint oil is carried in the steam so you want to keep that in your cup. I can’t really say it’s large leaves, there are not large leaves in the teabags. It’s pretty crushed up. I did enjoy this tea. It’s nice and strong, you can actually see the peppermint oil on top of the water. You can also reuse these teabags for a weaker brew, it’s nice throughout the day to put on ice.

My favorite tea now. I love the blend and taste. Expensive but worth it!

After the very first sip, you will know what peppermint tea should really be. I was using peppermint tea and ginger tea to help with IBS symptoms. I wish I had had Teapigs from the very beginning. It's powerful! It's extremely fresh tasting! And the packaging itself is a step above all others, as well! The plastic bag inside -- isn't plastic but is made out of wood! The teabag contains no plastics, everything is compostable or recyclable! Like they say, you get what you pay for, and this product is worth every cent!

Qué puedo decir de este maravilloso té... me encanta el sabor. Lo solía beber en Inglaterra. Me alegra tener este producto en prime amazon españa. Al ser un té hecho de hoja, no queda ese polvillo al final del té que puedes encontrar en un té de menta barato. El sabor es fresco, genial para hacer la digestión. Lo recomiendo 1000%.
