I have always been pleased with the Pearl river brand of sauces over the years. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality soy sauce, not strong tasting or overly salty. *by S***N on 31 March 2026* Excellent soy sauce, not too strong, just right, a healthier alternative than salt since it has natural electrolytes - you can buy the light option if you prefer. I make 2 super ez items weekly that use this soy sauce and are worth sharing. One, my favorite snack - sweet potato jerky is the easiest, it is a low fat low sugar snack I eat every week, high in natural goodness and inexpensive if you visit your local farmers markets the night before they close for the week, you can usually find bags of sweet potatoes for just a few dollars. Line any sheet with parchment paper or oil or any light baking spray. Take sweet potatoes, clean, slice with skin on, I prefer big slices, brush with olive oil, add just a bit of soy sauce to each piece, cayenne pepper, cinnamon...bake on low for 40 min. The second is super delicious and tastes exactly like you bought it at a Chinese restaurant, 4 chicken pieces, 3/4 cup water, 2 cups fresh or frozen mixed peppers, a few sliced celery and carrot stalks, 1/4 cup soy sauce...cook on high 5 min., you can add rice directly to the skillet and cook it all at once by adding 1 cup of rice and more water. Simmer on low for 30. I've also added any mixed veggies to that skillet, depending on the day.
