I’ve tried the Juvenescence product in the past and while it was very effective, like many of these ketone ester products, it was difficult to get past the taste. The new and improved Cognitive Switch product tastes much better and appears to be more effective, if that’s possible. The new Tropical flavor does taste like a tangerine yogurt. I no longer have to drink something to get the taste out of my mouth. As for effectiveness, I had a couple eggs for breakfast (do not drink on an empty stomach) and drank 1/2 bottle. I have ADHD and my focus improved in about a half hour. I whizzed through my “to do” list and still feel energized 5 -6 hours later. No crash like highly caffeinated energy drinks. I’ll definitely recommend this to friends and family.

In a world of pretty gross ketone esters - this is the best tasting ketone ester I’ve tried to date.As for performance - it felt highly effective and worked in a short amount of time. Took it and went for a run and was extremely focused on my form, cadence and arm swing. I’m usually able to do that for a mile and then I lose focus but this was a huge improvement.Would highly recommend for anyone that wants to increase focus during a workout or the day without resorting to caffeine.

This product did absolutely nothing for me other than upset my stomach. I took with food as instructed and all 3 times I took it (half bottle first, half second, full third), I got an very bad upset stomach and almost threw up. Be cautious, I had no effects at all mentally, energy, etc.

The first time I tried it I accidentally took without food and took whole bottle , I didn’t read directions . It made me sick . I had to lay down, luckily I was at home . But when that feeling went away I had a lot of good energy. So I took 1/4 bottle next time with something on my stomach and it gave me good energy. It’s way too overpriced though . So I will be looking for a different brand .

This is absolutely the best tasting ketone ester I've ever had and I have tried them all. There is literally zero bitterness and a delicious taste...it blows HVMN and ketoneAid out of the water without question.As for performance...unmatched. I tried it before a workout and it gave me a level of focus that I've never experienced before. I can honestly say that this is the reason I never once reached for my phone during the workout or rested too long between sets. I'm excited to maintain this level of focus because I know it will accelerate my progress.

I’ve dabbled with ketone esters in the past for recovery but have never been able to stomach any of them. This new product is shockingly tasty and effective; I’m noticeably more dialed in on the bike and was still technically in ketosis for 3 hours after drinking it per my keto mojo strip. Make sure to drink with a little food in your stomach though, this stuff is potent
