how long does the alarm sound for? since I don't want to annoy my neighbours

instruction say after it dects movement , the red indicator flashes 5 time then sounds for 30- 60 seconds. It gives 20 seconds after pressing remote to activate to leave area.

Can it be used in a house

I have mine on my shed, but see no reason why it shouldn’t go in a house. It is very sensitive (and loud), so might drive you mad.

How many seconds to unlock the sensor with the remote before the alarm goes off?

On those I've owned for years, and continually used, the lag is around 7 seconds, on all that I have set up. That's plenty, but expect that you'll sometimes forget.

I live abroad bought this product came to uk picked it up checked it. got home and it doesn't work properly. it works then doesn't. if i return it wi

Mine has worked properly from day 1 And is brilliant
