I read reviews of people who had experienced great customer service, so I decided to contact the company. They replied immediately and told me how to open and repair the watch winder with the spare parts included. After I located the tools in the garage, the entire job took me 10 minutes, and the watchwinder is working great again. My warranty had expired when I contacted them, so they could have told me to go pound sand, but instead, they were very responsive and helpful, and my watchwinder is working like new. Just for the customer service, I would say go ahead and make this purchase. I only gave it four stars due to it breaking in the first place.
