It tastes better than the regular Metamucil. It does get a bit of a thick consistency if you don’t drink it quickly. It stirs in nicely without clumping.

I mix two spoonfuls in a glass of orange juice every morning. In the past month I've lost eight pounds doing nothing different. Great product!

It works. I have tried others and keep coming back to metamucil. I also like it uses stevia instead of artificial sweetener or sugars. It dissolves the best for one thing. If I skip a couple days , my "system" pays for it lol. If you have issues with going, I highly recommend it.
