These are so much better then any other fins I have ever used. Seem to encourage you to point your toes more and kick more from the hip. Much quicker, but you work harder, than my old standard ordinary type fins. Colour makes then easy to spot as so bright (pink). For size reference I am a adult UK 4.5 and purchased EU 36 to 37 / USA 4.5 to 5.5. The rubbed a little at first, but seem to have adapted to my foot shape so that no longer happens

These flippers are good , design allows natural flex at ankle and are powerful. The flippers are comfortable so no sores or chafing occurs unlike other designs if used for training. Only negative is like most short fin designs they feel kind of heavy which I would personally prefer lighter . Best I’ve tried for training, worth considering for sure if you’re serious about doing drills .

Yes, as other reviewers have noted theses are quite heavy, but that is not a problem. They are a little tight and I notice this on first putting them of and if I stand in them but I use them for half my swim so they are on for between 7k and 10k each week and they give the legs one heck of a workout. I find flip turns easy with them and my pace increases from 1.54ish per 110m to 1.33-45 per100m. They are not the cheapest fins on the market but I am finding that Arena is becoming my go to brand.

Really good quality… might feel heavy at a first glance, but in the water you wouldn’t feel it. Probably would advice to size up just because of the hole. Has very shaped feet fit. Bought two different sizes for my daughter and myself if you get the wrong size might be uncomfortable other than that great product.

won't turn you into quadzilla but will improve your kick (if the stupid pool will let you use them!!!)

Die Arena Powerfin Pro II kann ich empfehlen, die Qualität ist gut, die Größe 40/41 passt genau. Anfangs sind die Flossen etwas schwierig anzuziehen, passen im Wasser aber perfekt. Die Flosse ist nicht weich, sondern fest, das ist eine gute Unterstützung beim Training, insbesondere beim Kraulen, Rückenschwimmen und Delphin. Zudem machen sie ordentlich speed. Es macht spaß mit diesen Flossen zu trainieren.
