Reviews vary and what suits one doesn’t necessarily suit the next person. I’m trying very hard to lose weight as I have knee problems and have given up wine, and only enjoy 1 long gin and tonic each afternoon. I needed something to aid me that is natural, and to believe in, so when a friend told me about apple cider and the benefits I decided to try it.. I take the 2 tablets but separately, ie I mid morning and the other in mid evening. Fingers crossed no side effect and my tum doesn’t feel bloated either. I think if you firmly believe in something then you can get it to work so psychology plays a big part too. I do gym/ swim 3 times a week and trying not to eat between meals, but if I do then it’s fruit only. I’m sure I will be re-ordering these tablets. Oh, and if you take them quickly you can’t taste the vinegar. 🤗

I take one daily, definitely gets in the system as can taste it on my top lip in the heat!! I hope its doing somthing but that will take time to show.

Easy to swallow. No side effects. But a week in and no benefits either. I’ll continue the bottle, but no impact on appetite suppression. No difference in sleep or digestion. No change whatsoever.

Fast delivery, east to swallow. Not my first time purchasing. These have great high strength at great price. Used to help digestion and blood pressure (nurse recommended) and they have definitely helped with both! I loathe vinegar taste and these (thankfully) and taste and pong free!

Excellent very good keeps my wight down and helps neutralise my sugar level has I am a chocolate lover . Also give me energy.

These are so easy to swallow and have very little taste so it's such an easy way to get apple cider vinegar. I used to use liquid which is so fowl I couldn't keep up with the daily dose. This also seems to have made a huge difference to my digestion. I'm not sure if it was meant to make a difference but I'm taking it just for that benefit. I feel healthier, and no longer have issues with unregular bowels. I have discomfort also.

Product received earlier than expected so good customer service! I have felt slightly less bloated after 2 weeks and sleeping better. So, yeah. I did have slight reflux though at first with taking 2, so took with food and seemed to stop happening. They are big tablets, but found them easy to swollow. Thanks.
