I bought the shark vacuum mop and I've been using it for a few months now. Overall, I'm very happy with the product. It's easy to use and it does a great job cleaning my floors. The only thing I would change about it is the mop. But other than that, it's a great product and I would recommend it to anyone.

It works great for 2 days. For mapping support, however, it does not support multiple floors, so if you have an upstair/downstair, it is useless. On the 3rd day it would not move with error "Please make sure my bumper is moving freely - Error 6" and stop working totally. We went through the troubleshooting video, reset the robot, restart, ... - but cannot clear the error. There is no instruction/guide on this error 6 ....

I love this machine. I live in a very dusty environment with one large long-haired dog. My work requires that I am away from the house (about 1200 sq ') for a week at a time. Whenever I would return, the 1st thing I would notice is all the dog hair under the kitchen table, grit on the floor and on my socks and feet. It was overwhelming and I would put off mopping until I addressed the stuff floating around on the floor. Once I started running the Matrix that all my cleaning anxiety went away. It was easy to download and use the app. I found the mapping fairly accurate and easy to select just a room or schedule running while the dog and I are out. It still bugs him but it's worth the dog anxiety to keep his fluff picked up. I have not used the mop and may not since it's even enough now to run the robot vacuum and then do a quick mop.This robot runs on luxury vinyl and carpet. It also get onto corners and does not bump into my furniture. I have watched it run and it does as good a job, if not better as I could with a broom on the vinyl. Overall, I am very pleased with the machine and would recommend it if you have an open living floor plan and few obstacles. It did get stuck a couple of times tryng to get behind the couch but typically it runs for about 90 minutes, empties itself and return to the dock with no issues. I did watch for a good price on a refurbshed model during the holidays. Absolutely no regrets in spending the bucks on this one.

I am loving this purchase! You can adjust the noise level from the app, the battery life has been excellent, the suction is great and can clean our entire home (650 sq ft) without dumping and on one tank of fluid. It’s not great in corners but overall cleans your floor with ease

My jaws does exactly what he's supposed to do and he does a good job every time I don't use them up that much but when I need to I can use it

The vacuum itself was not bad. The only issue I had was the unit I received the suction for cleaning out the vacuum did not work. The mop pad worked well the star rating is the reflection of the base suction not working only

its really dumb robot. It can not learn zone forbid. It’s stuck in corner 3 ft by 1 ft just ffff turning around by 5% of power. Track repeat many many time didn’t move to different dirty path. Take more than 8 minutes to find home base. I just want to kill this dumb shark

Love this machine. I’ve purchased 2! I donated the first one to the Elks Lodge I belong to in order help keep up with the floors. Worked so well I purchased a second one for my home. Great for those in between jobs. The app takes some patience to navigate, but is doable.The mop feature worked much better than I thought. Floors will streak if the pad gets too dirty. Recommend rinsing the pad each time you fill the tank.
