The elegant Sari, national dress of Sri Lanka, India and Bangladesh is in a silky easycare polyester with a gold border. All the saris come pre-pleated with an attached petticoat. Has adjustable waist(drawstring waist band) The matching blouse is lined. Colours and designs shown on this website are representative only as a wide variety of fabrics are used. Sari for Dressing Up
This Sari is so beautiful, I would def. recommend it to another, but there are a few points that you need to be aware of. My little girl is 6, so I ordered the age 6-8 years. It swamps her, so I think the sizing is a little generous. The fabric, while lovely, is very delicate. It catches easily which might be a problem when the little ones are dancing and playing about. The last thing is that the pleats at the front of the skirts are sewn together for packaging purposes, and you have to be super gentle when taking them off. I was, but even then it left some noticeable marks on the fabric. Other than that, it's so lovely, and the profits go to a good cause. Fab!

Absolutely stunning
The sari that arrived is SO much nicer than the one pictured. It is truly stunning. It came with clear directions on how to put it on. The fabric is very delicate but managed to stay in one piece for a whole day at school. I ordered the 6-8 size for my recently-turned-8 year old who is about 134 cm tall. It just fit her and looked superb. My daughter was over the moon in her sari.
