ROYAL CANIN Renal Feline Beef Cat Food, 85 g-12 x 85 g

My cat has 2 malformed kidneys. Had issues with other renal foods (she wouldn't eat them) but she seems to wolf this stuff down. Wish it was slightly more affordable, but all renal foods seem to be expensive, so I'm not going to remove a star. Quality has been consistently good, no issues with damaged packages or off smells. Worth the money to keep my cat happy.

My cat who has stage 4 kidney disease, prefers the chicken one but beef is eaten by my other cats that don't have a kidney problem. It is very expensive but I try to look out for offers. My cat really was very fussy with food was always eating dry cat food and would go past the wet food daily. She never ever touched the wet food. Even tried putting wet food on her nose so she would lick it but still she would not eat wet food. After her diagnoses, we had to put her on to royal canin renal wet food. She's not allowed dry food at all so starving her was the only way to get her to eat the wet food. She had lost a lot of weight prior to going to thd vets. After 2 days of her not eating anything she finally ate the renal chicken wet food! She has been putting on the good weight back on. And is almost her normal self. We do have to separate her bowl from the other cats when she's eating, otherwise the others tend to eat her food. She's been eating this for 3 months now. Definitely seen a big difference in her health! I highly recommend this product.

Recommended by my vet for 26 yo cat who was drinking a lot, diagnosed stage 2 of 4 renal. Too early for any significant results but just remember buying this will quadruple your cats food costs.

My cats not keen

My cat loves the taste of these pouches - and since they last for a long time you can stock up in bulk. The meat inside seems to be of a high quality, and the smell quickly attracts the attention of my cat. I do feel that the portion sizes could be a little larger, since some days my cat can quite happily have multiple pouches, and the price is a little steep - but I guess you're paying for convenience.

Hace poco se le ha diagnóstico a mi gata insuficiencia renal, por lo que además de suero solo puede comer comida húmeda renal. Se lo esta comiendo muy bien y encantada. Tiene buen aspecto y huele muy bien. Aun no sabemos si saldrá adelante el animal pues esta bastante avanzada la enfermedad. Mientras tanto, seguiré comprando. Lo recomiendo

Il marchio Royal Canin è una garanzia di qualità, in generale. In questo caso il prodotto è specificamente indicato (anche da molti veterinari) per l'alimentazione di gatti che presentano insufficienza renale. Il prodotto si presenta gustoso e non c'è stato il minimo problema da parte del gatto destinatario: sebbene sia di gusti relativamente difficili, ha mostrato di gradire molto, anzi moltissimo sia il gusto manzo, sia la variante al pesce. L'acquisto su Amazon, inoltre, consente sempre un significativo risparmio.
