Overnight is the worst time for me, but Night Defense does the trick. Absorbent, comfortable enough, with no chafing, though you will be aware of wearing them. (I wish they would also make these in a low-cut silhouette like Always offers!)

They are exactly as described very absorbent. I switched to these instead of overnight poise pads and difference is fantastic. A bit bulky but they do what they are meant to do which is stop leakage.
