Lots of screws 😂 & we assembled it the wrong way around but once we worked out what we'd done, it was easy to assemble. It's very sturdy & good value for money -it also looks good. All the screws were perfectly matched to the holes too!

Absolutely perfect for my corner have 2 now totally filled with books. They are solid and don’t move unless you do it quite easy to build but would recommend 2 people to do the building

Firstly I am very good at putting things together but this was a nightmare as others have said. Instructions are very poor hence the reduction of 1 star. step 1 already made me put together incorrectly, so corrected and moved to step 2. Had trouble there and when I was in step 3 I had to take it all down and start again as it was all incorrect. Lots of head banging and whisky to see me through.Ended up calling two friends and a takeaway and eventually it was together within 3 hours.But once together it’s great, lovely wood, very sturdy. Shelf height can’t be adjusted but there is plenty room between shelves, more than most would need unless you have very large books or encyclopaedias.I’m going to find some magnetic lights to put under each shelf as there is a support bar under them.I didn’t need to attach to the wall via supplied accessories as very stable.Worth the money but don’t attempt to put together on ur own and be prepared for one headache putting together. But don’t let it put u off because I am more than pleased with this quality product.

Bought a bookcase from ikea and i hated it. So came back to my trusted Amazon and bought this. Its lovely. Fits beautifully in my corner. Its fairly heavy and sturdy. Ive got hundreds of books on it and its fine. Will hold very heavy weight. Will come back with a photo when I've sorted it all out.

Lovely shelf set but very footery to put together as instructions not very clear, tried a few times till I got it right. Once completed very pleased.

...at the time!It took both my mother and I FOUR HOURS to build this damn shelf. It was So much harder than we imagined... but we had so much fun doing it.We got it wrong probably more times than we should have!The shelf unit is very strong and secure. It looks amazing and exactly what I wanted.The cost was reflective of quality and value for money.
