Great alternative to Leatherman or Gerber multitool.
I've been eyeing this multi-tool for a while and then it finally went on sale, $15 off. It has one of the best scissors and saw that I have seen on a multitool. I like the fact the pliers have springs and the wire cut blades are replaceable.

A strong innovative tool at a good price!
I have a good collection of multi tools by the big names but think this tool is very solidly built in a compact package with a couple of innovations- the folding nut wrench is very unique and it has an excellent and usefully sized set of sheers that work well. The blade is excellent and very sharp out of the box. I would have preferred a 1/4 in bit driver with exchangeable bits but the Philips bit is strongly build and useful. This is very good price value in a solid compact tool.

Well designed, Well made using best materials,
I have had my multitool for nearly two years and after using it every day it’s still like new. I am a builder do it does get used a lot. Used to use leatherman . The leatherman when I sharpen the knife it does not hold a sharp edge like my maerd does, and the blade has not worn like the leatherman. Definitely buy another, super value for money . Recommend to anyone . Very well made .

Maerd Multi tool is awesome so far
If you’re looking for a great EDC multi tool this one seems to get the job done. I haven’t had mine long but hoping to see if this proves to be long lasting. So far, I’ve used the knife to shave wood, however, I did sharpen my blade before hand. I’ve used the Phillips head for access the battery slots for my sons toys. I’ve even used the flathead to tighten handles on my ladies cookware. I take pretty good care of things I own so we’ll see how this holds up after a few years. Although the tool seems awesome now, I wished it came with a genuine leather case. It comes with a nylon which I know won’t hold up to the friction I endure during work.

Sharp and has everything as advertised.
The only place I saw for improvement was that the scissors don't have a spring to pop them back open when you make a cut. You have to manually operate the handles with two hands for longer cuts.
