Review: Great brakes for 2 piston hydraulic. - These brakes are a great upgrade from mechanical disc and cable operated hydraulic. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to them. They are set up correctly for US with rear on rt/front on left. Dont shorten the lines unless you absolutely need to, they are completely pre-bled from the factory. They use BH59 barbs and olives. Factory lines are a little tight for replacement barbs but they WILL WORK. Bleeding is very very simple like Shimano MT200's. Will buy a set for my wifes bike when she is ready to upgrade. Also, do yourself another favor and upgrade your rotors and adapters if possible.

These brakes are a great upgrade from mechanical disc and cable operated hydraulic. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to them. They are set up correctly for US with rear on rt/front on left. Dont shorten the lines unless you absolutely need to, they are completely pre-bled from the factory. They use BH59 barbs and olives. Factory lines are a little tight for replacement barbs but they WILL WORK. Bleeding is very very simple like Shimano MT200's. Will buy a set for my wifes bike when she is ready to upgrade.
